StorMax Temperature Cable

StorMaxTemperatureCable

The StorMax temperature cable leverages industry-leading digital technology to record and provide vital grain condition data to your StorMax handheld monitor, IntegrisBasic or IntegrisPro Advanced Grain Management systems.  Based on bin size, one or more temperature cables are installed, typically at 4' spacing throughout the bin.

What makes the StorMax temperature cable so unique is our exclusive retractable sensing cable, which is protected inside a sturdy outer tube.  This unique design, combined with digital technology provides multiple benefits including:

  • Highly accurate to within 1°F
  • Easy to install and serviceable by the customer
  • Easy to service whether the bin is empty or full, eliminating any downtime
  • Highly scalable to work with your current system, as well as future upgrades as your needs change

moisture Cable

moistureCable

The moisture Cable works by measuring the Relative Humidity in the airspace around the grain, with which we can calculate grain moisture content with accuracies of +/- 1.5% or better.  The actual cable itself is solid, with nodes placed at equal intervals along the cable, each of which houses a Relative Humidity sensor that provides instantaneous moisture and temperature readings.  The moisture Cable is the perfect tool for:

Insector Insect Detection System

Insector-2.5

Know what's living in your bin!  The exclusive OPI-integris Insector is an electronic insect detection system that is easily integrated with your IntegrisBasic or IntegrisPro Advanced Grain Management solution.  Dependent on the size of your bin, one or more Insector probes are inserted into the grain.  The Insector probe captures live insects and provides you with valuable data including insect species, quantity and density and the time the data was recorded.

The Insector is a great addition to your Advanced Grain Management system, providing you with multiple benefits such as early detection for zonal control, reduced fumigation, as a tool to help determine if fumigation is required, as well as a tool to measure the effectiveness of a fumigation program.
