Remote Support

  • Remote support, also known as online support, allows us to remotely view your computer screen and securely fix many computer problems without having to send a technician to your site. It's like watching your computer fix itself! Using desktop sharing technology, you simply log into our secure online support center and allow a technical support representative to view and interact with your computer remotely via the Web.
  • Immediate access totrained, experienced technicians who are often able to help resolve minor issues over the phone in a single support session.
  • Ability for our trained technicians to access, run and interpret advanced diagnostics for rapid problem detection and correction.

 

Annual Site Maintenance

You depend on your system to keep your grain in condition, so keep it tuned with:

  • One or two visits per year by our certified technicians for overall system service
  • Weather station and HRHT sensor cleaning and calibration
  • On-Site System Training
  • Labor for repair and/or replacement of system components as needed
    Note: Materials billed as required unless covered by our Extended Warranty Program

Extended Warranty

  • Provides you with fixed-cost peace-of-mind by replacing parts that fail under normal use. Note: Removal and re-installation not covered unless included in the Annual Site Maintenance program.
